To submit a new support ticket please follow the steps below:
1) Login to the Quantum Core Client area HERE
2) Once logged in, hover your mouse on "My Account" located at the very top of the page and click on "My Tickets" (alternatively, click HERE)
3) Click "Open Ticket" from the left side panel
4) Select the department you'd like to submit your ticket to
5) Enter the ticket subject, priority and details. To ensure the fastest and most accurate reply, please include as much information as possible and attach any screenshots. Selecting the related service from the drop down if you have multiple services helps also helps to avoid any confusion.
6) Complete the human verification challenge and click "Submit"
7) A member of Quantum Core will get back to you as soon as possible.
